Small Programming Enhancements released in June 2016

The following features were provided with IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS small programming enhancements (SPEs) released for Version 9.3, in June 2016:

  • The IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS security features have been reinforced with a more granular security control access. In addition to data you can now protect actions, such as adding occurrences, deleting operations, or changing status. New subresources and the COMMANDn keyword have been added to the AUTHDEF initialization statement. For detailed information, see AUTHDEF and Functions and data that you can protect.
