Closing alerts

If no further action is required to address a client alert, you can close the alert.

About this task

You must enter a comment when you close an alert.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to your account.
    Your home page opens.
  2. To see your clients, from the Side Navigation Menu, select Clients > My Clients, or search for other clients.
  3. Click a client name.
    Their Summary View opens.
  4. Select History > Alerts. Existing client alerts are displayed.
    You can see who created or updated an alert by clicking the tooltip on a user name. Review the care team member's profile and contact details, assigned roles, and organization unit (if enabled).
  5. Click the Actions menu of the alert, and click Close.
    The Close Alert page opens.
  6. Enter a comment, and click Save.
    When you close an alert, the alert goes to the Closed status and is no longer displayed in these places in the application:
    • Context pane for a client
    • Work List of the Care Manager Workspace
