Getting started with care management

As a care team member, you can register clients in IBM Watson Care Manager so that you can record their information and manage their care plan. You can assign clients to programs, then enroll them in programs, and set goals and actions for them based on their assessment results. You can put a care team in place with the appropriate roles and skills to respond to the client's care needs.
