Changing and viewing mail file access

If you are a customer administrator, you can view and change mail file access control lists.

Changing access to one mail file
Change access to one user's mail file through the Users page in SmartCloud Notes® Administration.
Changing access to multiple mail files
To add or change a name's access to all mail files or to the mail files of all users who are members of a group, create a batch request.
Viewing a mail file access list
View the current access list for one user's mail file through the Users page in SmartCloud Notes Administration.
Mail file access
You can control access to mail files. For example, you can allow a group of administrators to access mail files.
