Case Analyzer properties
can be configured through Process Task Manager and through Administration Console for Content Platform
Engine.
Use Process Task Manager to configure the following
Case Analyzer properties:
- Specify and configure Case Analyzer settings
to process workflow event logs for isolated regions
- Manage the Case Analyzer store
by initializing a store, processing the OLAP cube, or pruning unnecessary
data.
- Define data fields so that you can use the values of workflow
data fields in Case Analyzer reports.
