The resourceAssociations build descriptor option contains the name of a resource associations part, which relates record parts to files and queues on the target platforms. This option is not required for generation, and no default value is available.
The maximum length of the name in the resourceAssociations build descriptor option is 300 characters for Java™ generation and Debug, and 65 characters for COBOL generation.
