The following new capabilities are introduced in Rational® Business Developer V9.1:
isDeprecated is a new annotation in Rational Business Developer V9.1. You can use it to deprecate any of your own EGL parts or types such as libraries, services, external types, record or variables; and displays a warning in the IDE. For more information, see the Master list of all EGL properties .
startTransactionId is a new annotation added in Rational Business Developer V9.1 for Program. You can use it to override the build descriptor option. For more information, refer to startTransactionID.
restartTransactionId is a new annotation added in Rational Business Developer V9.1 for Program. You can use it to override the build descriptor option. For more information, refer to restartTransactionID.
Description = #doc{ } is a new annotation in Rational Business Developer V9.1 on functions, libraries and variables. You can use it to provide Html style documentation for any of your parts, which will display in content assist. For more information, refer to Description = #doc{ }.
By default, the following Rich UI system projects are in use:
allowEmptyRows is a new property in Rational Business Developer V9.1 for DataGrid. It allows a DataGrid to render empty rows. The default is true. For more information, see the Rich UI DataGrid and DataGridTooltip.
DojoxMobileTimePickerwidget is a new mobile widget in Rational Business Developer V9.1. You can use it to select or reset time. For more information, refer to DojoMobileTimePicker.
Rational Business Developer V9.1 supports EGL Web Transactions, Rich UI and Java™ Wrappers running under the CICS® Liberty Profile. You will need to migrate your existing projects to use the new EGL Java Runtime (fda7.jar) included with RBD 9.1.0. For more information, refer to Deploying EGL projects on CICS Liberty Profile.
