Explanation

or COUNT value specified was beyond the end of the data set.  Processing
continues, defaulting to the end of the data set.

System action
The command continues processing with a condition
code of 4.

Programmer response
None if the default is correct.  Otherwise,
correct the range value and rerun the command.
