The system exception report series can contain several separate reports:

Note:

EREP accumulates error data and usage statistics on subsystem components then summarizes the information by component for the subsystem exception reports.
These reports are produced for some hardware subsystems, but not all of them. To find which subsystems generate system exception reports see Product-Dependent Information.
