Explanation
During processing of a VATLSTxx parmlib
member, the system found a system volume, specified in message IEA866I,
that is not mounted on the device type specified in the VATLST entry.

System action
The system waits for the operator to reply.

Operator response
If the wrong volume was mounted for IPL, mount
the correct volume. If the correct volume is mounted, REPLY ‘U’
to continue, and notify the system programmer of the VATLST entry
error. If you reply ‘U’, the system will ignore the attributes
of the volume and they will remain public.
