Explanation
During master scheduler initialization, the system processed a command contained in a parmlib member. The processing requested virtual storage for the system queue area (SQA). The request failed because there is not enough storage available.

Depending on the message text, the system does
the following:
- IEACMD00
- The system tries to process the COMMNDxx parmlib members.
- COMMNDxx
- The system does not process any COMMNDxx parmlib members.
System programmer response
Do the following:
- Make sure that sufficient SQA storage is available for system initialization.
- If the problem continues, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
