Explanation

During formatting of the trace buffers in the generalized trace facility (GTF) region, an incorrect length field was discovered.

System action

GTF does not format the remainder of the buffer.

System programmer response

Obtain the SYSOUT output for the job. Collect all printed output and output data sets related to the problem. Search problem reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
