Explanation
In the SYSCATnn member of SYS1.NUCLEUS, the field
that defines the system levels of qualification is incorrect. Valid
values are 01, 02, 03, 04, F1, F2, F3, F4, or 40. (The last five values
are EBCDIC codes for decimal 1, 2, 3, 4, and blank.)

System action
The system continues processing, using the default
of 1 as the level of qualification.

Operator response
Issue MODIFY CATALOG,ALIASLEVEL(n), where
n is the number of levels of qualification requested by the system
programmer.

System programmer response
To correct the field in the SYSCATnn
member, ask the operator to issue a MODIFY CATALOG,ALIASLEVEL(n) command.
Provide a value for n to the operator. n is the number of levels of
qualification. The valid range for n is 1 through 4.
