IDC31564I THE SUBSYSTEM WILL NOT SUPPORT PAGING MODE: THE CACHE MUST BE INITIALIZED

Explanation
This message is issued when a permanent error occurs
and the subsystem can no longer support paging. The message appears
at the end of the subsystem status report containing the status counts
at the time the error occurred.

System action
The cache is initialized when MVS™ is IPLed (if the subsystem is online), or
during the first PAGEADD command.

Programmer response
IPL MVS with
the subsystem online, or set the subsystem online after the IPL and
do a PAGEADD to initialize the cache.
