Explanation
The LOWCCHH and HIGHCCHH parameters specify more
data to be bound than can be contained in the available cache space
of the 3880 device.

System action
The system ends the command.

Programmer response
Issue the LISTDATA command with the STATUS
parameter to determine how much cache space is available. If the amount
of offline space available is excessive, contact your programming
support personnel.
Change the values of the LOWCCHH and HIGHCCHH
parameters to fit the available cache space. Then issue the BIND command
again.
