Explanation
An ICF catalog was identified as the source or
target catalog during a REPRO request and the other object identified
was a non-VSAM data set. This implies an ICF catalog unload or reload
operation and it is not allowed.

Processing is ended.

System programmer response
  If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for
the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the JCL and the SYSOUT
output for the job.

Programmer response
Correct the source and/or target specifications
and rerun the job.
