IDC3586I CANNOT ENCIPHER RRDS TO TARGET DATA SET

Explanation
The source data set for an encipher operation is
a VSAM RRDS (relative record data set), but the record size (VSAM)
or the logical record length (SAM) of the target data set is not at
least 4 bytes greater than the record size of the source RRDS.

System action
The command is ended.

System programmer response
  If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for
the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the JCL and the SYSOUT
output for the job.

Programmer response
Change the DD statement pointed to by the
OUTFILE parameter or the data set name specified by the OUTDATASET
parameter to specify a target data set with the appropriate record
length.
