Explanation
The UNIQUEKEY or UPGRADE parameter is specified,
but the alternate index is non-empty. These parameters may only be
specified if the alternate index contains no records.

System action
The command is ended.

System programmer response
  If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for
the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the JCL and the SYSOUT
output for the job.

Programmer response
If UNIQUEKEY/UPGRADE alternate index is
truly desired, the alternate index must be deleted and redefined with
proper attributes, then rebuilt with BLDINDEX.
