Explanation

cluster or an alternate index together with the UNIQUE or KEYRANGES
parameter, either explicitly or implicitly thru use of the MODEL parameter.

Correct the command by deleting either the
REUSE or the UNIQUE and/or KEYRANGES parameter; then rerun the job.
