Explanation
In the construction of the RANGE LIST, the allotted
area was not sufficient.

System action
The command is ended.

System programmer response
  If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for
the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the JCL and the SYSOUT
output for the job.

Programmer response
Possible system error. Rerun the job with
the PARM option--PARM TEST (FULL((DEFN.1.1))); contact your system
programmer.
