IDC3179I INCORRECT SPECIFICATION OF EXPIRATION DATE

Explanation
Using the TO parameter, an access method services
ALTER or DEFINE command specified an incorrect expiration date.

System action
The application aborts with a return code of 12.

Programmer response
Respecify the TO parameter. The year must
be a four-digit number ranging from 1900 to 2155 or a two-digit number
ranging from 00 to 99.  The day must be a three-digit number ranging
from 001 to 366. The expiration date must not be less than the current
date.
