IDC3176I VSAM VOLUME DATA SET VOLUME SERIAL NUMBER SPECIFICATION ERROR

Explanation
During the define of a virtual storage access method
(VSAM) volume data set (VVDS), the volume serial number specified
by volser of the VVDS name, ‘SYS1.VVDS.Vvolser’, did not
match the volume serial number specified on the VOLUMES parameter.
Only the first volume serial number specified by VOLUME is valid and
is compared.

System action
The system ends processing of this command.

System programmer response
If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, look at the messages in the job log for more information.
Search problem reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If
no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the JCL and the SYSOUT output for the job.

Programmer response
Check the NAME and VOLUMES specifications.
Change the parameter in error.  Run the job again.
