Explanation
The data set is currently open and cannot be deleted.
This condition arises when two different jobs are referencing the
same virtual storage access method (VSAM) data set simultaneously.
See the associated second-level message for the specific catalog management
error code values.
In the Time Sharing Option/Extensions (TSO/E)
environment the second-level message is not displayed, except by request.
To request it, enter a question mark (?) after the TSO READY message.

System action
The system ends the command.

Programmer response
Run the command again.  Specify disposition
of OLD, not SHR.
