IDC3021I   USER VOLUME NOT MOUNTED

An attempt to update the volume table of contents (VTOC) on a volume failed because the volume was not mounted. See the associated second-level message for the specific catalog management error code values.

In the Time Sharing Option/Extensions (TSO/E) environment the second-level message is not displayed, except by request. To request it, enter a question mark (?) after the TSO READY message.
