Explanation
This condition arises if, for example, an attempt
was made to DELETE an index component of a VSAM data set. See the
associated second-level message for the specific catalog management
error code values.
In the Time Sharing Option/Extensions (TSO/E)
environment the second-level message is not displayed, except by request.
To request it, enter a question mark (?) after the TSO READY message.

The system ends the command.
