Explanation
One of the following conditions has occurred: The data set name supplied by the caller already exists in the
specified catalog.
The data set name supplied by the caller already exists as the
first-level qualifier of a data set name in the specified catalog.
The first-level qualifier of the data set name supplied by the
caller already exists as either a data set name or an alias name in
the catalog.

See the associated second-level message for the specific
catalog management error code values.
In the Time Sharing Option/Extensions
(TSO/E) environment the second-level message is not displayed, except
by request. To request it, enter a question mark (?) after the TSO
READY message.

System action
The system ends processing of the command.

Programmer response
Verify that the entry name is spelled correctly.
Ensure that the data set name or the first-level qualifier of the
data set name specified is not the same as a data set name or the
first-level qualifier of either a data set name or an alias name that
already exists in the specified catalog.
