Explanation
The catalog recovery area (CRA) on this volume
cannot be opened or belongs to a catalog other than the one for which
COMPARE was specified. If an error occurred in open, a preceding message
gives the cause.

System action
The system ignores the COMPARE option of the LISTCRA
command.  The system continues processing.

Programmer response
Specify the correct catalog name in the
CATALOG parameter or correct the cause of the Open error.  Run the
job again.
