Explanation
A weak clear key value was specified on a LOCAL,
LOCAL-GROUP, REMOTE, or CROSS control statement for the key generator
utility program. The control statement containing the weak key precedes
this message.

System action
Processing ends for this control statement. Processing
continues for any other control statements.

Programmer response
Supply a new clear key value on the control
statement or remove the KEY parameter completely to let the key generator
utility program generate a clear key value. See z/OS DFSMS Using Data Sets for
a description of weak key values. Rerun the utility program, specifying
the CHGK function on the EXEC statement and providing the corrected
control statement as input.
