Explanation
A cryptographic unit failed the key verification
test because of an I/O error. This error can occur following the invocation
of the cryptographic unit access routine.

System action
If another cryptographic unit is available, processing
continues. Otherwise, processing ends. A logrec data set record is
written.

Operator response
Contact hardware support. Notify the security
administrator.

System programmer response
Run OLTEP diagnostics for the problem
device.
