Explanation
An operator MODIFY command was issued to change
the configuration of cryptographic units, but the configuration established
by the MODIFY command does not include any cryptographic units available
to the Cryptographic Unit Support.

System action
MODIFY command processing ends. System processing
continues with the configuration that existed before the MODIFY command
was issued.

Operator response
Ensure that the cryptographic units specified
in the command are physically online. Reissue the MODIFY command.
