Explanation
A job was processing the input/output configuration program (IOCP) with a WRTCDS option other than NO on the PARM parameter of an EXEC statement.
In the message text:

System action
IOCP ends the job with return code 8. IOCP issues this message to inform the programmer and the system operator, if the operator previously responded to message ICP050D, that this job failed to build the level indicated input/output configuration data set (IOCDS).

- The system operator previously replied 'NO' to message ICP050D
- The CBD.CPC.IOCDS resource of the FACILITY class has been defined to an installed security product and you have not been authorized by the security administrator to update access to the CBD.CPC.IOCDS resource.
