Explanation
The system was IPLed in a partition with an logical partition (LPAR) identifier greater than X'F'. The current level of z/OS® does not support LPAR identifiers greater than X'F'. The current level of z/OS does not support non-zero CSSIDs; the system must be at the z990 exploitation support or above to support LPAR identifiers greater then X'F'.
