Explanation
Check (IBMSYSTRACE, SYSTRACE_MODE) found an exception
condition. System Trace is using the MODE=ON parameter of the TRACE
command, and has been active for a longer time than the defined duration.
The trace runs continually, and leaving Mode tracing (MODE = ON) can
affect the system's performance. Use Mode tracing only for short
periods of time to solve a specific problem and do not use Mode tracing
as the default for system tracing on your system. MODE=ON is intended
for use in system software problem determination and diagnosis situations
only.
