Explanation
An error was encountered on a recv() function.
In the message text:
- server_name
- The NJETCP server name.
- device_name
- The device name associated with the socket, or socket name if the device name does not exist.
- rc
- The return code from the TCP/IP service recv().
- rsn
- The reason code, if available, that is associated with the error.
System action
NETSERV socket connection is brought down.

Notify the system programmer.
