To terminate the SMSVSAM address
space, enter the following command
from the MVS console:
V SMS,SMSVSAM,TERMINATESERVER
Note: Use
the VSMS,SMSVSAM,TERMINATESERVER command before
you partition a system out of the XCF Sysplex. Failure to do so can
result in unexpected abends in the SMSVSAM address space.
