be left justified in the field and padded on the right with blanks.
- LIBID=library-ID
- Specifies the name of a character variable (five-byte length)
that contains the library ID (sequence number) associated with the
library on the ISMF library define panel.
Rule: You must specify either LIBNAME
or LIBID, but you cannot specify both.
