The list form of the ISITMGD macro is used to construct a parameter
list for the ISITMGD function. The IGWCISM macro maps the ISITMGD
parameter list.
The list form of the ISITMGD macro is shown below. The description
of the standard form of the ISITMGD macro explains the function of
each parameter.
