Explanation
 TCP/IP attempted to modify the OSA-Express network
traffic analyzer trace  settings with the OSA-Express adapter in response
to a VARY TCPIP,,OSAENTA  command or OSAENTA statement in PROFILE.TCPIP.
However, OSA-Express reported an  error that prevents the stack from
modifying the trace settings. 
 In the message text: error_code
The error code returned by the OSA-Express.
osa_portname
The value specified on the PORTNAME= parameter, which was specified
on the OSAENTA command or statement.

System action
 TCP/IP disables the OSAENTA trace on this OSA-Express.
