SMF records are documented in z/OS MVS System Management Facilities (SMF) and published on release boundaries. As a migration aid for ICSF FMIDs, which are often made available as Web Deliverables that are not on a z/OS release boundary, SMF record information for ICSF is also documented in ICSF SMF records. Subtypes 19, and 20 are written periodically to record processing times for requests being processed on a cryptographic coprocessor or accelerator. Subtype 19 is written for the PCIXCC. Subtype 20 is written for all supported processors.
