Find out whether a file is printing?

You can also use the lpstat command to display the status of an Infoprint Server job. For example, you submitted several files to print and want to know whether any of them are printing. To display information about all your jobs that are submitted to any printer, enter:

lpstat

You can also use lpstat to display printer location and job status at the same time. For example, you printed a file to Printer3 and want to pick it up if it printed instead of waiting to have it delivered to your output bin. To find out where Printer3 is and whether any job that you submitted to it printed, enter:

lpstat -o Printer3
