Allocating the RRS panel libraries

Before you use RRS panels, you need to allocate the libraries where the panels are stored as part of the DD specified in Table 1.
Note: These libraries are not specific to RRS, but are used for all of MVS™ dialogues (for example see IPCS dialogues).
