Explanation
The external writer closed its SYSOUT data set
and stopped itself, because of an uncorrectable input/output error
while writing the data set. The data that was being written will be
written on the device specified in the next START XWTR command that
also specifies the data's selection criteria.
In the message
text: jobname
The jobname assigned to the external writer.

Operator response
Enter another START XWTR command, specifying
the same selection criteria of the data that was being written.
Contact
hardware support.

System programmer response
Obtain the JCL for the job.
Collect
all printed output and output data sets related to the problem.
