The diskette writer has selected a SYSOUT data set for the job indicated with output in the class indicated that did not have a DSID specified on its DD statement. A DSID is required for data sets being written to a 3540 device.
The data set is unallocated KEEP in the class. The data set remains on spool.
Route the data set to the appropriate class for output for processing to some device other than a 3540.
If a data set is to be written on a diskette, be sure to specify a DSID on the SYSOUT DD statement for that data set.
