System action
The system enters a non-restartable wait state,
and issues message IEA460W.

Operator response
If the system programmer asks for a dump,
request a stand-alone dump. ReIPL the system.

System programmer response
If the source of the problem cannot
be determined, search problem reporting databases for a fix for the
problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® support
center. Provide the dump.
