Explanation
During nucleus initialization program (NIP) processing,
a program issued type 3 or 4 Supervisor Control (SVC) instruction
before these types were loaded. This SVC interrupt was trapped by
NIP.

System action
The system enters a non-restartable wait state.

Operator response
Notify the system programmer. If the system
programmer requests it, obtain a stand-alone dump.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting databases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide a stand-alone dump.
