Explanation
SVC 57, which frees a buffer or extends the unscheduled
list (via a FREEDBUF macro issued either by the user or by the system)
found that the DEB pointed to by the input DCB (DCBDEBAD) was not
on any DEB chain associated with that job step TCB, or did not point
back to that DCB, or the request was issued for a data set that was
neither BDAM or ISAM.

System programmer response
  If the error recurs and the program
is not in error, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for
the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.

Programmer response
Make sure that the input DCB address is
correct and that the DCBDEBAD field of the input DCB has not been
overlaid.
