Explanation
An error occurred while system management facilities
(SMF) processed a record. SMF was unable to handle the new record
because of buffer contention.

System action
The system abnormally ends SMF processing. The
system requests an SVC dump.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting data bases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
