The system issues an abend to the current address
space or to the current unit of work. The system writes a logrec data
set error record. This abend may be accompanied by messages. 
For
reason code 6B000121, the address space owning the fixed page is terminated.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting data bases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center. Provide the logrec data set
record and the SYSOUT output for the job.
For reason code of
6B000121, correct the application so that it unfixes the high virtual
pages that it owns prior to task termination.
