Explanation
At least one of the input parameters to the excessive
spin loop notification routine is not valid.  This is probably a system
error. Register 4 contains the input spin loop reason code, and register
5 contains the target processor identifier.

System action
The system abnormally ends the caller of the excessive
spin loop notification routine.

System programmer response
Search problem reporting data bases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
