Message type-of-failure procedure

If the message text or format is incorrect, use the message-to-module table in z/OS MVS System Messages, Vol 1 (ABA-AOM), through z/OS MVS System Messages, Vol 10 (IXC-IZP), to identify the issuing module, and specify the module name as the module keyword.
If the message was issued at the wrong time or under the wrong conditions, use the same table and specify the name of the detecting module as the module keyword.
